SPRUCI JOURNAL

My Latest Insights

At the heart of every beautifully organized home is a space that reflects the people who live in it.

My name is Kate Jaffe, and I am the owner of Spruci, a personalized home organization business. I believe that organization should go far beyond bins, labels, and storage solutions.

My approach combines functionality with thoughtful design, creating spaces that are not only efficient but also aesthetically pleasing and uniquely tailored to each client’s lifestyle. I enjoy taking the time to understand each clients’ personalities, preferences, and daily routines, ensuring every project feels authentic and intentional. By incorporating personal style into every detail, we can transform cluttered areas into inspiring spaces that feel both practical and inviting.

Wallpaper and Paint in
Closets and Pantries?

Use wallpaper or paint when you can, especially in closets. For example: Are you creating a coastal space- use a neutral striped wallpaper to back your closet.

"This room was a Serena and Lily inspired space so we kept the wallpaper simple and clean. This provided a nice backdrop for any organization system and items."

Small Changes With Big Results

Not everyone can afford new shelving closet systems, instead can the shelves be removed and replaced with wood, covered or painted. Small things go along! Here in my own pantry, I wasn’t able to rip out the built in cabinets, so I changed out the doors and shelves.
